Hoping to subsidize my visit via a short term sublet of my house and / or my studio February 10 – March 14. The house and studio are a 5 minute drive from each other. Both are easy short drives to Occidental, Art Center and other area schools.

Great building in Highland Park with fenced parking: two rooms, 12 x 11 ft and 16 x 12 ft plus bathroom and kitchen shared with one studio-mate. Carpeted so probably best for someone working relatively clean. Includes wi-fi and alarm. Non smokers only.
